Gallery District, San José del Cabo
The Gallery District Association’s weekly Art Walk: every Thursday, 5:00–9:00 p.m., November through June, on the streets behind the church and Plaza Mijares in Centro San José del Cabo (Álvaro Obregón and the gallery block). The official page says the town closes Obregón to cars those evenings so people can walk the galleries. Galleries stay open late; some nights include an artist in attendance or a new exhibition. Neighborhood restaurants are part of the stroll. Admission to the walk is free. This is the official Nov–June Thursday walk — not a July–October night, and not a ticketed concert.
