Michelin Bib Gourmand (good quality, good value) in El Tezal, Cabo San Lucas — down a dirt road off Av. Crispín Ceseña, across the highway from the hotel strip. Open-air stone patio and tiled bar; the name is the maize-grinding stone. Inspectors say the menu is antojitos and wood-fire grilled meats; they single out tacos Baja on blue-corn tortillas with fish in squid-ink batter and pickled cabbage.
