Los Tres Gallos
Traditional Mexican on a downtown Cabo San Lucas corner (Leona Vicario & 20 de Noviembre). Michelin (“eat like a local”) describes a courtyard of brick, pink-and-red stucco, and a roof terrace at night. Generous plates: chile rellenos, enchiladas, mole con pollo. Inspectors linger on pozole — vivid chile-tomato broth, hominy, braised pork, many garnishes — and a house flan “as big as a house.” Selected 2026 — not a star.
