Editor’s Choice. Chef-owner Haru Furuta’s Japanese kaiseki and sushi house in El Médano — a piece of Japan in Cabo San Lucas, opened July 2022. Furuta is a sushi and kaiseki chef with more than 20 years in Japan, the US, and Mexico (Ritz-Carlton Naples, One&Only Palmilla, Maravilla Los Cabos).
