The real one-star in this set: Cocina de Autor at Grand Velas Los Cabos (corridor / oceanfront). Michelin: “One Star: High quality cooking.” Plush room, resort-formal dress, terrace for bites and a few tables by a koi pond. Two multicourse tastings with global notes; inspectors mention bluefin tart with uni, ginger and lemon, then angus or spiny lobster with basil, depending on the menu. Chefs Sidney Schutte and Francisco Sixtos.
