Friday, November 20, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.: Æmbers Mar y Tierra hosts Platœ de Campo, a communal “{unfine-} dining” dinner in the upper fields above Todos Santos — welcome drinks and sunset views over the fields and the Pacific, live guitar, smoky amuse-bouches and several courses cooked over open flame with in-house ferments, paired with regional wines at family tables.
