Thursday–Sunday, November 19–22, 2026: the third Pacífico Surf Open Cerritos — organized by Surf Open League with the World Surf League, Cerveza Pacífico and Visit Baja California Sur — brings more than 120 national and international surfers to Playa Los Cerritos near El Pescadero for a WSL Qualifying Series QS 2,000 event. It is the third edition of the contest on this La Paz-municipality beach, backed by the state tourism promotion fund (FITUES). Around the contest runs a four-day free beach festival: surf short films, beach cleanups, a local market, live music and a free closing concert.
