Sunday, October 18, 2026, 3:00 p.m.: the H. XV Ayuntamiento de Los Cabos and the Fiestas Tradicionales organizing committee invite families and riders to the traditional Gran Cabalgata. The horseback procession leaves Rancho Tres Hermanas at 3:00 p.m., rides the main streets of Cabo San Lucas with a stop at the Parroquia de San Lucas Evangelista for the blessing of riders and horses, and finishes at the Plaza de Toros “La Sanluqueña”. From 7:30 p.m. there is a convivial dinner for riders at La Sanluqueña with a raffle of a saddle among participants. Protección Civil, Seguridad Pública, veterinary staff and hydration points support the route; expect heavy traffic in central Cabo San Lucas that afternoon.
