Flora Farms, Animas Bajas
Hands-on cooking class at Flora Farms using ingredients grown on the farm. Monday & Wednesday: Seasonal Tamales — chicken tamales with hibiscus cream, guacamole, chile de árbol salsa, and Caesar salad. Includes guided farm tour, one signature cocktail, family-style lunch, and a recipe booklet. Summer (May–September): 9:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. MXN $2,775 per person (tax included); 18% service for groups of 6+; children 11 and under 50% off; children under 5 not in public classes. Monday is the farm’s quiet day — restaurant, bar, shops, and grocery closed in the daytime. Credit card holds the reservation; charged at the end of class. May cancel if fewer than 6 guests (24-hour notice).
